4. Purposes of the processing of personal data:
Personal data are processed in order to identify the data subject; for the performance of a contract between the controller and the data subject; on the basis of the data subject’s consent in connection with orders, registrations, contacts, transactions, marketing, reporting and other activities related to the management of the customer relationship. We may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships.

7. Processors to whom personal data are transferred and personal data processing is outsourced:
Personal data may be transferred within the controller’s organisation. Personal data are transferred to designated processors. The processing of personal data may be outsourced to specified processors. Exclusion is based on a contract or a provision of law. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties acting on behalf of the controller. The controller will not transfer personal data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Information provided by customers at the time of contracting, newsletter usage and transaction data, customer information system and billing database.

9. Regular disclosures:
The controller will not disclose the data to third parties, except as provided in section 4. mentioned partners, except where required by the Finnish authorities.

10. Principles of register protection:
The data is stored in a technically secure manner. Physical access to data is prevented by access control and other security measures. Access to data requires sufficient rights and identification. Unauthorised access is prevented by firewalls and other technical protection. Only the controller and designated technical staff have access to the register data. Only designated persons are entitled to process and maintain the data in the register. Users are bound by confidentiality. The register data is backed up and can be restored if necessary. The level of information security is regularly audited through external or internal audits.
